Crock-Pot BARBECUED BEEF BRISKET
1 Beef Brisket (about 2 lbs or so)
Beef Brisket Spice Rub:
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/8 tsp pepper
Combine & rub on meat then put meat in crock pot
Barbecue Sauce:
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tablespoon vinegar
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke (found in aisle near catsup & chili sauces)

This is lovely with mashed potatoes OR simply shredded and on fresh rolls as a sandwich. YUM!
